🥦Ingredients

Chicken legs

Eggs

Onions

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Sugar [2 tsp]

Hondashi [1 tsp]

Mirin

Soy sauce [5-10 ml]

🔢Directions

  1. Debone chicken legs

  2. Cook chicken legs with an air fryer for 15 minutes (200C) and let sit for 10 minutes

  3. Slice chicken and onions

  4. In a saucepan, fry onions with cooking oil, then add sugar, hondashi, mirin, soy sauce

  5. Add chicken to the pan, then pour egg wash on top and steam with lid on for a minute

  6. Serve in a bowl with rice
