Peel potatoes and slice into thick chips (2-4 mm)
In a pan, add enough oil to cover potato chips and fry both sides
When both sides turn brown, immediately set aside
In a pan, add cooking oil, shaokao seasoning, cumin, sesame seeds. Mix well to make sauce
Add potato chips and coat with sauce, then serve
