🔢Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and slice into thick chips (2-4 mm)

  2. In a pan, add enough oil to cover potato chips and fry both sides

  3. When both sides turn brown, immediately set aside

  4. In a pan, add cooking oil, shaokao seasoning, cumin, sesame seeds. Mix well to make sauce

  5. Add potato chips and coat with sauce, then serve
