Eggs

Water

Cooking oil

Cooking wine

Water

Soy sauce

🔢Directions

  1. Make hard boiled eggs and peel

  2. Poke tiny holes with a skewer on each egg to vent steam

  3. Fry eggs in a pan with enough hot oil to submerge half of an egg until tiger skin is established

  4. Make caramel with cooking oil and sugar, then dilute with hot water

  5. Add spices and soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and water to make sauce

  6. Cook eggs in sauce for 20 minutes

  7. Separate sauce and reduce, then coat eggs in sauce and serve
