Rice

Eggplant

Eggs

Cilantro

Green onion

Minced meat (optional)

Garlic (optional)

Zhacai (optional)

Doenjang

Shisanxiang

Oyster sauce

Chili oil

🔢Directions

1. Cook rice

2. Make potato eggplant sauce with shisanxiang (or star anise, green onion and ginger), oyster sauce, a little doenjang

3. Stir fry minced meat (optional)

4. Make egg sauce with green onion and doenjang

5. Mix in rice with garlic, zhacai, chili oil, cilantro and green onion

6. Serve along with cabbage leaves
