Firm tofu

Wrap tofu in paper towel and put a weight on top to let water out, 30 minutes
Slice tofu into finger thickness and pat dry
To a pan, add cooking oil and fry tofu until one side is crispy, then set aside
To a pan, add little cooking oil and sriracha, garlic, hoisin sauce, cumin, chili powder, sesame seeds
Add tofu to the pan and mix with sauce
Garnish with green onions and serve
