Blend garlic, ginger and onions
In a pan, reduce blended aromatics in cooking oil
To the pan, add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, bouillon and shisanxiang
Mix well to make a sauce and set aside
Make dough with flour and hot water, then flatten with cooking oil while relaxing the dough multiple times
To a baking sheet, add flatbread and make wrinkles
Bake at 200C (395 F) until crispy on one side, then turn the flatbread and cook the other side
Spread sauce on the surface, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and cut into multiple pieces
Serve
