🥦Ingredients

Flour

Water

Onions

Green onions

Sesame seeds

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Garlic

Bouillon

Doubanjiang

Oyster sauce

Hoisin sauce

Shisanxiang

🔢Directions

  1. Blend garlic, ginger and onions

  2. In a pan, reduce blended aromatics in cooking oil

  3. To the pan, add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, bouillon and shisanxiang

  4. Mix well to make a sauce and set aside

  5. Make dough with flour and hot water, then flatten with cooking oil while relaxing the dough multiple times

  6. To a baking sheet, add flatbread and make wrinkles

  7. Bake at 200C (395 F) until crispy on one side, then turn the flatbread and cook the other side

  8. Spread sauce on the surface, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and cut into multiple pieces

  9. Serve
