Pork

Eggs

Cucumber (alternatively chayote)

Wood ear mushroom

Water

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Bouillon powder

White pepper

🔢Directions

  1. Slice pork, cucumber

  2. Blanch wood ear mushroom, then tear into small pieces with hands

  3. To a pan full of boiling water, add sliced pork, then remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes

  4. Season the pork with some salt

  5. In a pan, make scrambled eggs with some cooking oil, then set aside

  6. Heat cooking oil in a pan, quickly cook sliced cucumber, then add all other ingredients, bouillon powder and white pepper

  7. Mix well and serve
