Pork shoulder

Eggs

Dried daylily / Cucumber / Bamboo shoot

Wood ear mushroom

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Salt

Bouillon

Soy sauce

White pepper

🔢Directions

  1. Slice pork and marinade with soy sauce, then apply oil to separate

  2. Reconstitute dried daylily

  3. Blanch daylily and wood ear mushroom

  4. In a pan, heat oil until smoking, then quickly cook sliced pork

  5. Set pork aside to cook with residual heat

  6. In the same pan, make scrambled eggs, then set aside

  7. After 5 minutes, stir fry all ingredients with bouillon, salt and white pepper

  8. Serve
