Cabbage

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Sichuan pepper

Dried chili

Garlic

Salt

Sugar

Soy sauce

Black vinegar

🔢Directions

  1. Cut cabbage into pieces, use tender leaves

  2. Slice dried chili and garlic

  3. Marinate cabbage in salt

  4. Strain cabbage and pat dry

  5. To a cold pan, add cooking oil, garlic, dried chili, sichuan pepper and heat the pan until aromatics brown

  6. To the hot pan, add cabbage and stir fry

  7. Add a dash of soy sauce, a dash of black vinegar, a little sugar and serve
