Shallot
Belacan
🔢Directions¶
In an air fryer, toast belacan and dried shrimp with a little cooking oil
Clean and cut water spinach into finger length parts, separated by leaves and stems
Blend garlic, thai chili, shallot, dried shrimp and belacan
In a pan, add cooking oil and blended seasoning
Add water spinach stems and stir-fry, when cooked, add leaves
Garnish with cut thai chili and serve
