Boil chicken gizzard for 20 minutes with ginger and negi, then cut into slices
To a frying pan, generously add cooking oil, green onions, garlic, and dried chili
Fry over low heat until slightly caramelized
Season with soy sauce, slurry, rice vinegar, pickled pepper and pickled vegetables
Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds
