Beef bone

Cilantro

Daikon radish

Noodles

Star anise

🔢Directions

  1. Make beef stock with beef bones by simmering for 4 hours

  2. Add star anise, fennel seeds, sichuan pepper, white pepper, salt, bouillon powder to the stock and simmer for one hour

  3. Cut cilantro, green onions, slice daikon radish

  4. Cook noodles

  5. Serve with noodles, beef soup, cilantro, green onions, daikon radish, chili oil, and your choice of beef
