Prepare aromatics
In a cold pan, add a large amount of cooking oil and aromatics, then gradually heat up until aromatic
Add milk/soy milk and simmer for 20 minutes
Pour soup through a strainer to transfer to another pan, discard aromatics
Make sauce by blending tahini, peanuts, soup, and a bit of fermented bean curd
Add proteins, noodles, vegetables of your choice
Remove from heat and add sauce to the soup
