Eggs, beaten
Extra ingredients (seafood etc.)
🧂Seasoning¶
Salt (1%)

Beat eggs in a measuring cup
Add water and salt to the egg mixture, then stir well
Pour the mixture into a bowl through a strainer, add extra ingredients, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap
Preheat a steamer filled with water
Steam over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes on the stovetop
Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle chopped green onions on top
Drizzle some sesame oil and soy sauce over the steamed egg to taste, dilute with water. Make some slits on the steamed egg to make the flavor get inside
