Make dough with hot water, aim for a soft dough
Apply some oil on the surface to prevent drying, let rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour, reshape occasionally
Poke a hole on the dough and make a ring, then separate into small pieces
Make a sandwich with cornstarch and olive oil, then flatten with hands, let rest for 20 minutes
With a rolling pin, roll out the sandwich
Cook the flatbread in a pan and separate
