🥦Ingredients

Eggs (1)

Ground meat (200 g)

Wonton wrappers

Green onions (10 g)

Seaweed (zicai)

Zha cai

Cilantro

Tiny dried shrimp

Water

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Bouillon (1 tsp)

White pepper

Soy sauce (5 ml)

Ginger (10 g)

Sesame oil

Chili oil (optional)

🔢Directions

  1. Julienne egg crepes cooked in a pan of oil

  2. Make filling with ground meat, soy sauce, ginger, green onions, sesame oil, white pepper

  3. Make wonton with filling and wrappers

  4. Cook wonton in a pan of water with julienned egg crepes, bouillon, over high heat for 3 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes

  5. Add seaweed towards the end of cooking

  6. In a bowl, add zha cai, tiny dried shrimp, sesame oil and cilantro

  7. Pour soup into the bowl and serve
