🥦Ingredients

Squid

Onions

Green chili pepper

Green onions

Carrots

Cornstarch

Water

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Sugar (2 tsp)

Gochugaru (2-3 tbsp)

Soy sauce (20 ml)

Garlic

Ginger

🔢Directions

  1. Slice garlic and ginger, cut vegetables

  2. Cut squid

  3. In a pan, add cooking oil and aromatics

  4. Add squid and stir fry for 1 minute

  5. Set squid aside, add soy sauce to the pan, and reduce with the juice

  6. When thick, add dissolved cornstarch

  7. Add squid back, add vegetables, sugar and gochugaru

  8. Stir fry for another minute and serve
