🥦Ingredients

Flour (200 g, makes ~30 wrappers)

Water (adjust accordingly)

Ground meat (150 g)

Vegetables (same as ground meat in weight)

Green onion (10 g)

Cooking wine

🧂Seasoning

Salt (3 g)

Bouillontsp)

White pepper

Soy sauce (5 ml)

Ginger (10 g)

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Make ball shaped dough, set aside

  2. Make filling

  3. Split dough into flat rectangular pieces

  4. Flatten dough with a roller and make skin with a mold

  5. With a rolling pin, taper the sides of the skin

  6. Fill skin with filling and shape the dumplings

  7. Boil a large pan of water over high heat

  8. After water comes to a boil, add dumplings and bring to a boil once more

  9. Add cold water to the pan to cool it down whenever it boils and then cook for 3 minutes

  10. Strain and set aside the dumplings over a rack to let steam evaporate and dry the skin of the dumplings

  11. Serve with dippings like black vinegar and salt, chili oil and raw garlic
