🥦Ingredients

Scallops

Vermicelli

Green onions

Cooking oil

🧂Seasoning

Sugar

White pepper

Garlic

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

🔢Directions

  1. Reconstitute vermicelli and make some cuts with a pair of scissors

  2. Wash scallops to remove grits

  3. Finely chop garlic

  4. In a pan, heat cooking oil and half of the garlic slowly until brown

  5. To the pan, add the remaining garlic and remove from heat

  6. To the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and sugar to make garlic sauce

  7. In a sauce bowl or the shell, stack vermicelli, scallops and garlic sauce from bottom to top

  8. Steam over high heat for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for another 5 minutes

  9. Garnish with green onions and serve
