Green beans

Cooking oil

Soy sauce

🔢Directions

  1. Wash and trim green beans

  2. Marinade with salt

  3. To a hot pan, add green beans and cook while stirring for a few minutes until dry

  4. Set aside the green beans and heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan

  5. Add green beans back to the pan and quickly stir fry to establish tiger skin

  6. Remove some oil from the pan, then add garlic, a dash of soy sauce, and serve
