🔢Directions

  1. Debone chicken

  2. With a food processor, blend chicken legs, salt and cooking oil (for meatballs)

  3. Shape ground chicken into balls and air fry (for meatballs)

  4. Cut chicken legs into cubes and marinate with salt, cut green onions into pieces (for classic)

  5. Make teriyaki glaze with cooking oil, soy sauce, mirin and sugar over low heat

  6. Toss meatballs in teriyaki glaze and serve on skewers

  7. Sprinkle spice mix on top (optional)
