Shrimp

Shrimp shell

Shrimp head (optional)

Eggs

Fish cake / fish ball

Wakame / nori / veggies

Noodles

Water [300 ml]

🧂Seasoning

Bouillon powder [1 tsp]

Belacan [5 g]

Chili [10 g]

🔢Directions

  1. Dry shrimp head and shell in an oven, then blend into powder

  2. Make stock with blended powder in a tea bag, simmer for 10 minutes

  3. Cook proteins other than shrimp in the stock if needed

  4. Sear shrimp

  5. Make sambal belacan with cooking oil, chili powder, toasted belacan and water

  6. Cook noodles and prepare vegetable toppings
