250 ml water

Daikon

Cilantro

Cornstarch

🧂Seasoning

Chicken bouillon (1.8 g or 300 mg sodium equivalent)

Salt (1.7 g or 650 mg sodium equivalent)

Sesame oil

🔢Directions

  1. Make meat stuffing with ginger, scallion, eggs, cornstarch, shi san xiang, salt and pepper etc. Aim for a medium firm texture

  2. Boil a saucepan of water and add meatballs, then cook in an oven for 2 hours with bouillon

  3. Shred daikon

  4. Cook for 10 minutes

  5. Thicken with cornstarch
