Chicken bouillon (1.8 g or 300 mg sodium equivalent)
🔢Directions¶
Make meat stuffing with ginger, scallion, eggs, cornstarch, shi san xiang, salt and pepper etc. Aim for a medium firm texture
Boil a saucepan of water and add meatballs, then cook in an oven for 2 hours with bouillon
Shred daikon
Cook for 10 minutes
Thicken with cornstarch
