Pork ham

Garlic sprout

Green onions

Cooking wine

Rapeseed oil

Water

🧂Seasoning

Garlic

Black beans

Doubanjiang (10 g)

Soy sauce (5 ml)

Black vinegar

Sugar (2 g)

Sichuan pepper

🔢Directions

  1. Blanch pork with ginger, sichuan pepper, cooking wine and green onions for 40 minutes beforehand and refrigerate

  2. Cut pork into thin slices

  3. To a pan, heat rapeseed oil, then add ginger, garlic, black beans

  4. Add sliced pork and stir fry

  5. Remove the pan from heat and add doubanjiang

  6. Replace the pan on heat until doubanjiang is fragrant

  7. Add a little water, soy sauce, sugar and black vinegar to make sauce, then add vegetables and stir fry well

  8. Serve
