🔢Directions

  1. Cut cilantro into finger length, slice lamb

  2. Blanch sliced lamb in boiling water

  3. To a frying pan, add cooking oil, thai chili and garlic

  4. Add lamb, bouillon, soy sauce, cilantro and stir-fry for a few seconds

  5. Serve
