🔢Directions

  1. Reconstitute dry ingredients, boil frozen ingredients if needed

  2. Dry reconstituted and frozen ingredients in a heated pan without oil

  3. Cook raw ingredients with an air fryer

  4. Marinate vegetables with salt, then dry them and set aside
