Cube curry

Mise en place
Render chicken fat with trimmed skin and fat
Cook chicken legs in an air fryer
Remove meat from chicken bones and cut into cubes
Make stock with chicken bones and water
Slice cube curry and add to the stock and dissolve, adjust thickness to taste
Add peas, diced carrots and potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes
Cook sliced onions and chicken in chicken fat
Add onions, chicken, chicken fat to the sauce
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for a couple of hours
Reheat, add salt to taste and serve
