🔢Directions

  1. Marinade chicken legs with salt

  2. Sous vide chicken legs, chill, bone and dice

  3. Julienne ginger and green peppers, cut thai chili and dried chili into rings

  4. Heat a pan full of cooking oil, add crushed pepper, dried chili and thai chili for heat, aroma and flavor respectively

  5. Add diced chicken, half of the ginger, and chicken juice from sous vide to emulsify and make a golden color sauce

  6. Add rice vinegar to taste

  7. Finish with the other half of ginger and green peppers
