95 g noodle
100 g pork
50 g cooking oil
🧂Seasoning¶
Soy sauce (1.5 g sodium equivalent)
🔢Directions¶
Cook noodles if dried until medium, drain and soak in cool water
Marinate meat
In a pan, add oil, garlic, star anise, then stir fry meat and then green beans
Add soy sauce and water to submerge content, then layer noodles on top
Wait until water evaporates, then mix and serve
