🥦Ingredients¶
250 g tofu strips
Cucumber (optional)
🧂Seasoning¶
Zhenjiang vinegar (5 ml)
Shi san xiang or star anise and szechuan pepper
Wasabi (optional)
🔢Directions¶
Blanch tofu stirps for 10 mins
Render lard with julienned pork belly
Add chopped garlic to rendered lard and set aside
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and seasoning
Add soy sauce, zhenjiang vinegar, sugar and salt to taste and mix well
