🥦Ingredients

250 g tofu strips

Chopped cilantro

Vermicelli

Cucumber (optional)

🧂Seasoning

Chopped garlic (2 cloves)

Soy sauce (5 ml)

Zhenjiang vinegar (5 ml)

Salt to taste

Sugartsp)

Shi san xiang or star anise and szechuan pepper

Chili oil

Ground szechuan pepper

Wasabi (optional)

🔢Directions

  1. Blanch tofu stirps for 10 mins

  2. Render lard with julienned pork belly

  3. Add chopped garlic to rendered lard and set aside

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and seasoning

  5. Add soy sauce, zhenjiang vinegar, sugar and salt to taste and mix well
