🔢Directions

  1. Thinly slice partially defrosted beef chuck roast with a heavy knife

  2. Boil a pan full of water, then quickly cook the sliced beef

  3. Strain and season the beef with salt

  4. Cut garlic and ginger and green onions

  5. With a blender, blend fermented daikon, pickled chili pepper, bouillon, sugar, turmeric, cooking wine and water

  6. In a pan, heat rapeseed oil until it smokes, then add garlic and ginger

  7. Add the blended liquid and reduce the sauce to the right consistency, then thicken with slurry and finish with a dash of rice vinegar

  8. Garnish with green onions and serve
