Marinade chicken wings with bouillon, ground garlic, cooking oil and sriracha (optional) #. Coat all wings with flour mixed with salt #. Add water droplets to the flour while mixing to make flakes #. Dip wings in water, then coat again with flakes #. Fry the wings in cooking oil at around 150 degrees Celsius, about 2 to 3 minutes, in batches if necessary #. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to cook wings with residual heat #. Heat cooking oil to over 180 degrees Celsius, then fry wings one more time for 1 minute #. Serve
