Debone chicken #. With a food processor, blend chicken legs, salt and cooking oil (for meatballs) #. Shape ground chicken into balls and air fry (for meatballs) #. Cut chicken legs into cubes and marinate with salt, cut green onions into pieces (for classic) #. Make teriyaki glaze with cooking oil, soy sauce, mirin and sugar over low heat #. Toss meatballs in teriyaki glaze and serve on skewers #. Sprinkle spice mix on top (optional)
