🔢Directions
----------------------

#. Thinly slice beef, marinade with baking soda for 2 hours
#. Slice green onions, beat eggs
#. Rinse off baking soda with plenty of water and season with soy sauce, then let sit for 30 minutes
#. Boil a pot full of water, and quickly cook sliced beef
#. Mix beef and beaten eggs, then season with white pepper and salt
#. To a pan full of hot cooking oil, add green onions
#. When fragrant, add beef and beaten eggs
#. Stir quickly then turn off the heat
#. Serve before eggs become firm and overcooked
