Blend garlic, ginger and onions #. In a pan, reduce blended aromatics in cooking oil #. To the pan, add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, bouillon and shisanxiang #. Mix well to make a sauce and set aside #. Make dough with flour and hot water, then flatten with cooking oil while relaxing the dough multiple times #. To a baking sheet, add flatbread and make wrinkles #. Bake at 200C (395 F) until crispy on one side, then turn the flatbread and cook the other side #.
