Thinly slice partially defrosted beef chuck roast with a heavy knife #. Boil a pan full of water, then quickly cook the sliced beef #. Strain and season the beef with salt #. Cut garlic and ginger and green onions #. With a blender, blend fermented daikon, pickled chili pepper, bouillon, sugar, turmeric, cooking wine and water #. In a pan, heat rapeseed oil until it smokes, then add garlic and ginger #. Add the blended liquid and reduce the sauce to the right consistency, then thicken with slurry and finish with a dash of rice vinegar #. Garnish with green onions and serve
