Make dry rub with sugar, salt, bouillon powder, white pepper, five spice powder and garlic powder #. Boil the skin of the pork belly in water for 2 minutes #. Poke tiny holes everywhere on the skin with a skewer #. Make some cuts on the opposite side of the skin and apply the rub to the meat with some cooking oil #. Enclose the meat with aluminum foil, exposing only the skin #. Apply a layer of salt to the skin with some cooking oil #. Cook in an air fryer at 110 degree Celcius for 1 hour to dry the skin #. Remove the layer of salt and cook in the air fryer at 200 degree Celcius for 10 minutes #. Cut the pork belly into pieces along the slits made previously and serve
