In a mixing bowl, combine pork shoulder, a little bit of cornstarch, white pepper and soy sauce, then let sit for 15 minutes #. In a pan, boil a large amount of water, quickly cook the pork and strain #. In a pan, heat cooking oil until smoking, then add aromatics (garlic, ginger, green onions, duo jiao) #. Add sugar, bouillon, soy sauce, black vinegar and slurry #. Add the pork, the vegetables and mix well #. Serve
