Preserved mustard greens

Reconstitute mustard greens
Brown pork belly
Season pork belly in soy sauce and sugar
Drain and chop mustard greens into medium chunks
Saute mustard greens without oil until fragrant, then saute in lard with ginger and garlic
Add mustard greens, cooking wine and seasoned pork belly to a casserole and bake for 3 hours
Garnish and serve
