Blanch pork with ginger, sichuan pepper, cooking wine and green onions for 40 minutes beforehand and refrigerate #. Cut pork into thin slices #. To a pan, heat rapeseed oil, then add ginger, garlic, black beans #. Add sliced pork and stir fry #. Remove the pan from heat and add doubanjiang #.
