1 liter water

Edamame

🧂Seasoning

Star anise (2 count)

Bay leaves (2 count)

Cinnamon

Green szechuan pepper

Fennel seeds

Salt (12 g -> 15 g)

🔢Directions

  1. Add water and all spices and seasonings to a pan

  2. Cook on simmer for 30 minutes

  3. Add edamame in and cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat

  4. Remove from heat and wait for 2 hours then serve
