🔢Directions
----------------------

#. Slice the whole salmon fillet lengthwise down the center, then cut it into hand-sized portions
#. For each portion, marinade with half the regular amount of salt and a teaspoon of sugar
#. Let sit for one hour
#. Remove the dark meats and skin, then cut into slices
#. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger
