🔢Directions

  1. Blanch for an hour

  2. Sear the fat and cut into small pieces

  3. In a saucepan, simmer with a drop lid for 2 hours, fat down over low heat

  4. Turn meat upside down, then reduce over high heat

  5. Thicken with cornstarch (try 2 tsp)
