Soak wakame in water until reconstituted #. In a bowl, add hondashi and wakame #. In a saucepan, add water and tofu, then cook on high heat #. When the water comes to a boil, remove the saucepan from heat and add chopped green onion #. Dissolve miso in the saucepan with a strainer and pour the soup into the bowl #. Mix well and serve
