Cook noodles, drain and soak in cool water #. Add doenjang, tianmian sauce and water to a bowl, mix well #. Add cooking oil, star anise, negi and ginger to a pan. Heat over medium heat until aroma comes out #. Add meat to the pan and stir fry until cooked #. Add mixed sauce to the pan #. Dissolve cornstarch in a little bit of water, add to pan and cook until thick #. Remove the pan from heat and add sesame oil to taste #. Mix noodles, sauce, garlic and toppings (cucumber, cilantro) in a bowl and serve
