Cut cabbage into pieces, use tender leaves #. Slice dried chili and garlic #. Marinate cabbage in salt #. Strain cabbage and pat dry #. To a cold pan, add cooking oil, garlic, dried chili, sichuan pepper and heat the pan until aromatics brown #. To the hot pan, add cabbage and stir fry #. Add a dash of soy sauce, a dash of black vinegar, a little sugar and serve
