Reconstitute mustard greens #. Brown pork belly #. Season pork belly in soy sauce and sugar #. Drain and chop mustard greens into medium chunks #. Saute mustard greens without oil until fragrant, then saute in lard with ginger and garlic #. Add mustard greens, cooking wine and seasoned pork belly to a casserole and bake for 3 hours #.
