½ egg
Half cob corn
🧂Seasoning¶
Chicken bouillon (1.8 g or 300 mg sodium equivalent)

Separate kernel and corn
Blend water and ⅔ of the corn
In a saucepan, make scallion oil with scallion and peanut oil
Pour the mixture in the saucepan through a strainer
Add blended corn, bouillon, salt, sugar and left over corn. Bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes
Thicken with cornstarch, bring to boil while stirring
Remove from heat, add beaten eggs and stir
Add sesame oil and serve
