Separate kernel and corn #. Blend water and ⅔ of the corn #. In a saucepan, make scallion oil with scallion and peanut oil #. Pour the mixture in the saucepan through a strainer #. Add blended corn, bouillon, salt, sugar and left over corn. Bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes #. Thicken with cornstarch, bring to boil while stirring #. Remove from heat, add beaten eggs and stir #. Add sesame oil and serve
