Marinate steak with salt and return to room temperature #. Sous vide if using beef chuck #. Pat steak dry and sprinkle on pepper and garlic powder #. Sear both sides with rosemary placed next to the steak #. Turn off the heat and place steak on top of rosemary, put lid on to smoke #. Serve steak cut on the bias with grains of salt and sides
