🔢Directions

#. Season potatoes with dry or wet brine
#. Dry the skin of potatoes
#. Rub cooking oil on the skin of the potatoes
#. Poke holes on the potatoes with a fork
#. 425 F for 40 minutes
#. Cut open and mash
#. Add salted butter and salt
